Autumn is Love - Cris

What another beautiful Fall treat we have from Cris here in her newest layout, "Autumn is Love". 

For this layout, Cris started with "Crunchy Leaves" paper from Prima's Pumpkin and Spice collection. She then added torn strips from the "Fall for Fall" and 'Fall Flowers" pieces at the bottom and top for some layered texture and interest. 

Next she added some color with Prima's Color Bloom spray in "Gilded" and added more texture with paste  through Tim Holtz "Bricked" stencil. While everything set and dried, Cris grabbed the image she had printed on cardstock and glued it to the back of our Pumpkin Frame chipboard, which she primed in gesso and painted with Cosmic Shimmer Gilding Polish in "Silver Hessian". 

Once the background was dried, Cris added her chipboard-framed image, as well as an assortment of paper flowers from the Pumpkin and Spice collection for a cascading effect so the eye would be drawn from top right to the lower left. 

For her last steps, she watered down Prima Sparks paint in "Butterfly Spells" and brushed lightly over the entire composition and added "Raven Black" to the background to add depth around the flowers. Lastly, Cris tucked in some Mega Art Stones between the flowers and sprinkled mini art stones for those beautiful last additions of texture.
